Make & Take: A Summery, Lush Pineapple Dip

I originally came across the recipe for Pineapple Lush Dip from Kraft Recipes when I was searching for an easy, fruit dessert for a wedding shower I was co-hosting. When this recipe popped up, I knew it would be a perfect addition to my recipe collection.

This dip is perfect for summer picnics, pool parties, or large get-togethers because it travels well, makes a big batch, is refreshingly light, and allows for multiple ways to enjoy it!

Here is my version, altered for how I like to make it for friends & family- hope you enjoy!

Summery, Lush Pineapple Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) French vanilla instant pudding mix
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 container of whipped topping, thawed

Directions: In a large bowl combine the crushed pineapple and French vanilla instant pudding mix and stir well. Once combined, fold in the whipped cream. Refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.

Enjoy with: This dip is great on its own, served with vanilla wafer cookies, graham crackers, frozen yogurt, or an array of fresh fruit. It’s also a delicious topping on angel food or pound cake!
