To me, Giada De Laurentiis, is a superwoman in the kitchen. She makes all of her dishes look so easy and so yummy! I have almost all her cookbooks (I’m only missing Giada’s Kitchen: New Italian Favorites) and routinely search them out for quick, delicious weeknight meals.
Her latest cookbook, Giada’s Italy: My Recipes for La Dolce Vita, is no exception. I snagged it a few days after it was released in April and quickly fell in love with the beautiful photography (it was mostly shot in Rome), stories, and most of all, the recipes.
If you haven’t had a chance to peruse her latest book, give it a try, especially if you’re an Italian food lover!
