Myrtle Beach International Film Festival

If you’re a film fanatic, then mark your calendar for the 12th Annual Myrtle Beach International Film Festival (MBIFF), happening April 19-22, 2017, with pre-screenings taking place April 17-18, 2017.

This year the MBIFF will reside in a new location, premiering the event at Market Common’s Grand 14 Theater. A variety of films will fill the schedule, with screenings divided into film blocks, averaging two hours each. Films from the US, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, and more will be premiered during the event.

Tickets for each pre-screening and film block are $10 per person, or you can buy an all-access pass for the festival for $50.

If you want to network or ask questions about the film, the MBIFF will offer informal Q&A sessions after each viewing, as well as holding an open forum discussion with filmmakers and industry professionals on Thursday, April 19, 2017, from 4:15-5:15 p.m.

The festival will close Saturday evening with an awards show, complete with red carpet and after party.

Additional details about the MBIFF and the array of films featured at the festival can be found on the MBIFF website.

To Jerry and Heather, in the words of the late Don Rickles, may God continue to bless you and shine upon you!
