I’m always on the search a for a durable but pretty tote for work/baby/travel occasions. So when I came across Vera Bradley’s Preppy Poly NoSo Tote during a recent sale and saw it was under $50, I couldn’t pass it up.
The tote is great because it can hold a few notebooks, files, my laptop and, thanks to all the compartments, it’s great to use as a gym and/or baby bag. The polyester fabric is water repellant, and there are two mesh pockets on the outside, great for toting bottles of water or baby bottles. The inside features two mesh slip pockets, a padded laptop sleeve, and a zippered pocket.
Since Design & Word‘s main color scheme is centered around tangelo, a citrusy orange hue, I opted for the tote in Preppy Poly Orange (with branding in mind), especially when I use it as a work tote. But, if you’re not into such a bright shade of orange, there are other colors available, also on sale, such as Sky Blue and Citrine.
What type of tote do you prefer- one with tons of pockets or none at all?
